Habit Coaching for a long, young, healthy life.

by Laura Young

I'm your guide, Laura.

I help you recalibrate your healthy habits
& be your confidant in developing a personalized nutrition, mindset, fitness program to build a sustainable and youthful lifestyle.

I’ve spent nearly a decade as a personal trainer and yoga instructor in New York City, and I’ve seen a lot of clients that feel like they’ve lost control of their health. Whether you’ve experienced one major setback, or aren’t really sure where things went sideways, you’re searching for someone to steer you back onto the path of mind, body, and soul alignment.

After helping many of my clients through this journey, I’ve created my signature YoungMindfulWellbeing program, a 4 month program where we recalibrate your holistic health habits. We go through personalized nutrition coaching, mindset coaching, and personalized movement coaching.

After we spend these four months together, you’ll feel stronger, healthier, more comfortable in your skin, clear-minded, motivated, and free again.

just for you!

I have battled the shame of being overweight as a kid and moments of adulthood too.  I carried that shame with me for far too long. I not only feared eating too much but I was scared to eating too little too. I never wanted people to know how dysfunctional my relationship with my body and food was or how much time I spent thinking about it all. Despite being an athlete my whole life it wasn't until HS that a torn ACL changed my path forever. But it took years of throwing spaghetti at the wall until it all stuck. In my 20’s I leaned into the confidence I had around my physical strength. I expanded my knowledge through certifications and intuitively I knew I was healing holistically.

i know how you feel. i've been there.
